Introduction by the founder

Adel’s Infinity Projects (Adel8): where vision meets action and experience breeds innovation. It is the result of my journey of growth and learning across startups, investments, clients, 1:1 coaching, mentorship sessions and working for PayTabs.com. Adel8’s my personal holding that houses all my venture-building and investment activities in the business world, enabling me to launch projects and scale the winning projects.

I thrive on the power of collaboration and shared expertise; this is reflected in all my projects. Fueled by a passion and a mission to create a lasting impact for humanity beyond my lifetime, I aim to create sustainable ventures that make a difference in both for-profit and non-profit initiatives, enriching lives and driving progress. 

As this venture expands, the direction will continue to evolve. For now, I’m focusing on the SAUS book series and the research and coaching efforts.

I bring over 20 years of experience in various business functions, such as business development, operations management, team building, process optimization, angel investment, M&A integration management, and handling international corporations. 

In addition to having founding experience with nine startups over my career, the vast majority of my diversified knowledge I credit to working for Bahrain EDB (Economic Development Board) on projects that impact the whole country, collaborating with regional and global business leaders to establish strategic projects, rubbing shoulders with experts through hybrid teams that include the best consultants from McKinsey & Co, Frost & Sullivan, and Deloitte. I also owe a large chunk of my applied knowledge to PayTabs Payments Technologies (PayTabs.com), having worked there as an SVP and been given the opportunity to solve complex problems that come with scaling an ambitious and unique startup. Also, working with BFG International (BFGInternational.com) as the key investor in one of my startups, I was mentored by their group president, Dr. Samer Aljishi,  which gave me applied knowledge in manufacturing operational excellence and change management strategies. Also, through my coaching roles, mentoring startups through programs run by TechStars, Misk.org.sa, and Flat 6 Labs. 

I’m a father of four, I love gardening, as well as music and art. I play piano and experiment with the ukulele, harmonica, guitar, and banjo.
